If you’re looking for an action flick that’s a little different from the usual shaky cam and incoherent running and shooting, Exiled may be the answer. It belongs on any movie downloads queue for the way that it manages to create a strange, dreamlike trance in its action through slow motion and unpredictable developments.

Years after a top ranked lieutenant in the Triad betrays his boss, the boss, played by Simon Yam, sends a pair of hitmen to take him out. Meanwhile, two members of the gang come to protect the man. These characters were all friends in the gang, and it’s out of duty that the two hitmen come to kill their old partner. They come to a compromise and decide to pull off a big score to support the man’s wife and child before settling their conflict.

The five characters are all friends, and so, after a quick, and dazzling shootout, they come to a compromise. Where most gangster movies are fairly cold and impersonal when it comes to “whacking” people, this one is oddly sweet and sentimental, and the five decide to pull off a big score to support the wife and child of the lead character before settling any other business they might have together.  Read more...

The Dead or Alive Trilogy belongs on your must see movie downloads list simply because it’s so crazy. You’ve seen action movies, you’ve seen over the top action movies, but you’ve never seen anything quite like these three flicks from Mike Takashi . Every one is out to top the last in terms of sheer craziness.

The first film in the trilogy, Dead or Alive, was conceived simply to get two of Japan’s biggest cult legends together, Sho Aikawa and Riki Takeuchi. These two are sort of the Japanese cult film answer to DeNiro and Pacino, so Dead or Alive is sort of the Japanese cult answer to Heat. It was also focused on solving one of the primary problems with that movie: The anti-climactic ending.

Podcasting is a word that is being used a lot lately. If you don’t know what it means, you can feel a little puzzled during a lot of internet relate conversations. Podcasting is letting people use information in the form of downloadable files that can be obtained over the internet. These files can be listened to through different portable devices like mp3s and iPods. The podcasts can either contain video files or just plain audio. Unlike reading a newspaper or watching the television, you can do this while you go about your daily business. This takes multi tasking to another level. Unlike watching TV, you can choose what you want to listen to and listen to just that. To access a video file, you will need a computer or a portable device that supports video.

When you see the word “pod cast” and the way that it sounds you think that this could be used from people only if they have iPod, but this is a wrong impression. There is a lot to love about Terminator 2 – Judgment Day. It is up there with many other classic science fiction movies as one that is indispensable to the genre. The cinematography is great, and when the aspects of fate and trying to save the world are mixed in with the sometimes cheesy dialog and acting, we are left with one incredibly charming movie.

This movie pits the ragtag group of John Conner, Sarah Conner, and the Terminator against a much more futuristic Terminator known as the T-1000. The T-1000 is a nearly indestructible robot from further into the future than the original Terminator.

The heroes in the story are trying to stop a global Armageddon that is going to have the machines taking over the world. There is a thought that occurs to Sarah about halfway through the movie that she is going to be able to stop this impending doom of the human race. We find out in the next movie that, though they seem to succeed in this movie, they only managed to move the date back of this take over.  Read more...

WALL-E is a Disney Pixar movie that came out in movie theaters on June 27th of 2008. Critics have rated this film very highly. It has it’s funny moments, it’s serious moments, and the in between. Wall-E has stolen the heart of many viewers. This post-apocalyptic robot is growing in popularity, and growing fast.

Best Picture Award is up for grabs to this motion picture film at the Oscars. What a big deal this would be! It would be the very first animated film that won Best Picture. This movie represents the extend people, and even inanimate objects go to keep friendship alive. Imagine the intensity that must be put into this process in creating animated characters expressing friendship and love. In order for the viewers to “believe” what is going on, the director must analyze each movement made.

Small in size but big at heart, Wall-E embarks on a journey that could change destiny forever. This trip could could change the fate of robots and mankind. This small robot has no idea that what he will find in outer space could take over the entire world. The reason Wall-E left his normal lifestyle is because he met another robot, Eve.
