The NFL couldn’t have scripted a better ending to their first nationally televised Monday Night Football contest, even if it was just a preseason game. New York Giants rookie Tommie Hill returned a fumble 18 yards for a touchdown with 0:00 on the clock to break a deadlocked game and give his team a 24-17 victory over the Carolina Panthers in NFL preseason action at The Meadowlands.
Carolina’s fourth string QB Hunter Cantwell was in a position where he just had to take a knee and run out the clock on first and 10 from his eighteen yard line. Instead, he tried to throw a pass only to have his arm hit forcing a fumble. Hill grabbed the loose ball and headed to the endzone for the shockingly bizarre finish and a Giants victory.
Tommie Hill was in shock as he spoke about his game winning touchdown return:
“I’ve never seen a game end like that, not that way. I’m just a rookie trying to make the team. Anything like that that helps the team win in turn helps me. It was just a fortunate situation and I made the most of it.” Read more...

Today’s click-and-download technology presents a greater threat to the music recording industry than all other past music-delivery technologies combined.
Music piracy exists in 3 different planes:
Illegally mass-manufactured pirate music CDs
Illegal copies of legitimately purchased music CDs
Illegally downloaded digital copies of recorded music
A recent research study on the economic impact of music piracy (Institute for Policy Innovation, August 2007) paints a grim picture. The impact of music piracy to the U.S. economy is estimated at U.S. $12.5 billion annually. It is estimated that 71,060 jobs are lost or at risk due to the economic impact of piracy and the lost growth opportunities account for 26,860 jobs that would have otherwise been created in the recording industry. Even the U.S. government is affected by piracy with an estimated loss of $422 million in tax revenues from lost personal and corporate income due to piracy.
Of course, these figures are based upon the assumption that sales of recorded music on CD would have held constant, or increased, from year to year. The truth is, however, that CD sales are on the decline as MP3 players and other digital technology make the need for music on physical media obsolete.

As long as there have been movies, there have been B movies. Traditionally low-budget, barely publicized affairs, B movies are usually genre films (sci-fi, Western, horror, etc.) featuring actors of little or no repute, often made by small specialty studios and cranked out as if on an assembly line.
Although lesser features, early B movies were popular, profitable, and produced their own separate group of stars, different than the major actors of the day. They also provided an entry into Hollywood for many European directors. Back in the Golden Age, a night at the movies usually consisted of a newsreel, an episode of a serial (such as Flash Gordon or Buck Rogers), several cartoons and a double feature of a B movie and the main feature—an “A movie.” B movies were the first movie and always considered the less important film.
In the 1930’s, the predominant B movie genre was the Western. In the ‘40s, gangster movies and films noir became popular. In the ’50s, with the rise of rock and roll, the cold war, and the teenager as a social force, B movies exploded into a diverse range of areas: rock and roll flicks, juvenile delinquent and hot rod melodramas, sci-fi/horror pastiches with Red Scare overtones, and foreign films dubbed into English (e.g., the Japanese Godzilla, the Italian Hercules). Dark Anima is one of the “special” bosses (called the Dark Aeons; they only show up in the International/PAL versions of the said game) that you could face in the SquareEnix game Final Fantasy X, a game that is arguably one of the more popular incarnations of the Final Fantasy series of video games despite the fact that purists argue the merits of the previous games over the older games. In order to defeat Dark Anima, you must make sure that you have cranked up your character attributes to the maximum, spend all your aeons, and make use of Aim.
Anima manga is a manga that a Japanese comic series written by mangaka (Japanese comic writer/artist) Natsumi Mukai. The story revolves around four children with animal ears called Plus Anima who are searching for other creatures that are just like them.
